Welcome
to meHome! First published 11/04/2008
Updated 07/06/2009 And then we found ourselves living on the West coast of Kintyre. We like it here. Kind of. Anyway, we would like to stay here for many years. But still... If you are Google Earthed, you can find us at approximately 5° 41' 12" W / 55° 35' 24" N . Hurray! Google Earth has added new images. Now you can see exactly where we live. To find us spot on, get out your Ordnance Survey maps and find grid reference NR 678 398, either on OS Landranger 68 (1:50,000), or on OS Explorer 356 (1:25,000). That's it! Two wintery pictures. The top one shows the snow covered Paps on Jura (if you take a close look). The second proves we actually had 1/32" of snow on our house this winter... West coast, aye? |

Deer First published 11/06/2009
Looking out of my study's window I looked a deer in the eye. It wasn't impressed, but just continued playing with its mate. They did a running contest around the garden shrubs... Here are two snapshots. Click them to get the full picture. Back to top |
| Rain Radar First published 11/08/2008
Updated 17/06/2009 Everybody seems to know that if it comes to rain, Scotland is top of the poll. Here's a plea to look at it from a wider perspective. Follow all of the rain in Western Europe in real-time at Meteox. Note: the time displayed is GMT+1, and the radar runs with a 24-hours loop. Back to top |

| What's on? This website's contents will be rather obvious, but still interesting. We hope. In short: meSelf Where we will
introduce ourselves and tell a wee bit more.
meBooks Where we will share
our reading experiences.
meWork Where we reveal what
we do to fill our days.
meDigital Where we share our
virtual reality with anyone interested.
meNotepad Where we can drop
anything that we cannot on other pages. Including links.
meContact Where you can find
out how to catch us.
That's it. Have a look! Back to top |

Languages Dutch will always be our first language, 'onze moerstaal' (try to say that, you English speakers!), and therefore the website is bilingual at least. The corresponding flags, bottom left, will lead you hence & forth between the two versions of each page. On the start page you can also choose directly for this website's English or Dutch version.
